How to use GO ECONOMY
GO ECONOMY has designated pickup and drop-off spots.
You can travel between these spots by selecting and reserving a pickup spot and a drop-off spot.
- As the pickup and drop-off spots are not marked, please confirm their locations in the "ECONOMY" tab in the GO app.
- The location and name of pickup and drop-off spots may change. Always confirm the location when making a reservation.
Step1 : Request a GO ECONOMY
・Arrange a ride from the "GO ECONOMY" screen
・Arrange a ride from the "Ride" screen
Step2 : Flow from ride arrangement completion until the day of the ride
Step3 : Board the GO ECONOMY
Request a GO ECONOMY
There are two ways to request a GO ECONOMY.
Arrange a ride from the "GO ECONOMY" screen

Open "GO ECONOMY" from the bottom tab and tap [Check nearby spots].

Select "Select from Departure" or "Select from Arrival".
* The steps for "Select from Departure" are explained here (The operation method is the same for both). -
Select the spot in the area you want to ride from the departure spots displayed on the map, or Search for the nearest spot.
* The map will zoom in as you tap on the spot.
- Once the spot is confirmed, Select Departure Date and Time.
- Select the destination using the same procedure.

If only one person is riding, tap [Check Timetable].

If you wish to ride with a child on your lap or utilize 2 seats, tap "1 Seat" below Number of Seats.

If you are riding with a child on your lap, designate "Child on Lap" under the Seat details.

To arrange a second seat, tap the + button at the top and specify the Seat details as well.
- Confirm the details and tap [Confirm] to proceed.
Tap [Confirm] for the desired ride to proceed. -
Check details and tap [Arrange a ride].
- After confirming the precautions, tap [Arrange a ride] to complete the arrangement for a ride.
Arrange a ride from the "Ride" screen

When the Pickup location and destination entered in [Ride] are within the GO ECONOMY service area and fall within the operating hours, "GO ECONOMY" may be displayed when you tap [Next].

Tap [Proceed to arrange a ride].

Confirm the position of the Departure spot and Arrival spot, and tap [OK].

If you are riding with a child on your lap, designate "Child on Lap" under the Seat details.

To arrange a second seat, tap the + button at the top and specify the Seat details as well.
- Confirm the details and tap [Confirm] to proceed.

After confirming the precautions, tap [Arrange a ride].
- Arrangement for a ride is Done.
Flow from ride arrangement completion until the day of the ride
For those whose departure time is displayed as a time range
The meeting time is not confirmed.
The detailed meeting time will be announced via an app Notification as soon as it is confirmed.
Please ensure your notification settings are ON and wait.
For those who see a single departure time
The meeting time has already been confirmed.
Please make your way safely to the departure spot displayed on the App.
Arriving with plenty of time will ensure a smooth boarding process.
Boarding the GO ECONOMY
- When the car you will be riding in is confirmed, the car's license plate number will be displayed in the App.
Please use this information to locate your car.
You can check the car's current location within the App. - When boarding, please tell the driver your Ride Code.
- What to do if your car does not arrive
Due to traffic conditions or other factors, the car may be delayed beyond the expected arrival time.
Please check the expected arrival time and the current location of the car in the GO app while you wait.
Please note that due to road conditions, the car may be parked at a location away from the pickup spot.
A notification will be displayed in the GO app, so please move to the car's arrival location.
【Important notes】
・Other customers may ride along with you on GO ECONOMY.
To ensure a comfortable experience, please follow the driver's instructions and be considerate of other customers when boarding.
In cases where bothersome behavior is confirmed, you may be asked to alight.
・Luggage that can be brought onto GO ECONOMY is limited to one item of a size that can be placed on your lap.
Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought on board.
・Dangerous goods, animals, unsanitary items, items emitting odors, and anything that may cause inconvenience to other customers are not permitted.
Examples: Cutlery, stoves/heaters, items that may harm other customers, or items that may damage the car.
・A maximum of 2 seats can be arranged per ride arrangement. You can only ride according to the seat details specified at the time of the ride arrangement.
If you wait with details exceeding this, you will not be able to board.
・Please check [Details] here for instructions on how to arrange a ride with an infant/toddler.
・The car will depart at the expected departure time without waiting. For details on cancellation, please check [What to do when GO shuttle cancellation policy and cancellation method].
・Depending on the vehicle status of GO ECONOMY, the desired time slot may become fully booked or the service may be canceled. We kindly ask you to arrange your ride as early as possible.
