What to do when GO ECONOMY cancellation policy and cancellation method

Conditions for GO ECONOMY cancellation fee accrual

A cancellation fee will be incurred starting 30 minutes before the GO ECONOMY meeting time.

• If you cancel due to your own reasons from 30 minutes before the GO ECONOMY meeting time up to the meeting time :
  500 yen (tax included)
   
• If you cancel after the GO ECONOMY meeting time has passed, or if the car departs because the driver cannot identify you at the pickup location at the time of arrival:
  The full ECONOMY fare 
   
• The cancellation fee for GO ECONOMY will not be charged in the following cases :
  • The first cancellation of GO ECONOMY
  • If the actual arrival is delayed by a certain amount of time compared to the designated GO ECONOMY meeting time
  • If the driver changes the departure spot for any reason after the GO ECONOMY meeting time has been confirmed

Please confirm the exact time when the cancellation fee is incurred on the ticket details screen within the app.

If you wish to cancel a reservation

Open the reservation details from the Activity and cancel using the Cancel button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Please note that a cancellation fee may be incurred depending on the timing of the cancellation, in accordance with the [What to do when GO ECONOMY cancellation policy and cancellation method].

How to cancel an arranged ride

Open the details of the ride arrangement you wish to cancel from the upcoming ride list, and you can cancel it via the cancel button at the top right of the screen.
Please note that, according to the [GO ECONOMY cancellation policy], a cancellation fee may be charged depending on when the cancellation is made.
