Riding with children in GO ECONOMY
When riding with a baby/toddler in GO ECONOMY, one baby/toddler per adult can ride on their lap without an additional fee.
In this case, please secure the baby/toddler firmly with a sling or carrier.
When holding a baby/toddler on your lap, a screen asking "Number of Seats" will appear when arranging a ride, so please tap [1 Seat].
When selecting a seat, please designate [Child on Lap].
If you are unable to secure your baby/toddler with a sling or carrier, or if you require an additional seat, please arrange for a second seat.
To arrange for a second seat, tap the + button at the top and specify the seat details.
Important notes
* You can only ride with the seat arrangements specified when arranging a ride. Even if you wait with more people than specified, you will not be able to ride.
* Strollers can be carried if you fold them yourself. However, other baggage is limited to one piece of hand luggage that can be placed on your lap.
