GO ECONOMY Vehicle
GO ECONOMY operates with two types of vehicles: minivan vehicles and JPN TAXI vehicles.
GO ECONOMY minivan vehicles do not have a taxi roof light (company mark) or a pickup indicator installed on the roof.
Look for the "GO ECONOMY" mark on the side of the vehicle and an indicator light in the front of the vehicle that reads, "GO ECONOMY in operation".
* Please confirm the "Vehicle for pickup" information in the GO App before boarding the car.
Seats and Number of Passengers
The Seat will be determined when the car arrives at the first customer's Pickup location after the ride is requested.
Please board according to the Seat map shown on the GO App ticket.
The maximum number of passengers is 3 for JPN TAXI vehicles and 5 for minivan vehicles.
【Important notes】
- You cannot specify the vehicle type.
- A maximum of 2 seats can be arranged per ride arrangement. You can only ride according to the seat details specified at the time of the ride arrangement.
If you wait with details exceeding this, you will not be able to board. - Please check [Details] here for instructions on how to arrange a ride with an infant/toddler.
- You cannot select your seat yourself.
- Luggage that can be brought onto GO ECONOMY is limited to one item of a size that can be placed on your lap.
Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought on board. - Strollers can be brought on board. In that case, the carriage of other luggage is still limited to one item of hand luggage that can be placed on your lap.
- Dangerous goods, animals, unsanitary items, items emitting odors, and anything that may cause inconvenience to other customers are not permitted.
Examples: Cutlery, stoves/heaters, items that may harm other customers, or items that may damage the car.
