About GO ECONOMY fare

*Effective November 20, 2025, 'GO SHUTTLE' has been rebranded as 'GO ECONOMY'.

Payment and fares

"GO ECONOMY" is a service that allows you to travel comfortably and at a goo deal, limited to GO Pay users.
The fare is fixed at the time of reservation and will not change.
The breakdown of the fare includes the fare, pickup fee, and either the "GO ECONOMY service charge" or "GO ECONOMY Special Discount."
You can confirm the breakdown of the fare from your usage history.

GO ECONOMY service charge / Special Discount

• Either the "GO ECONOMY service charge" or the "GO ECONOMY Special Discount" will be applied as part of the fare breakdown.
• The breakdown of the fare changes depending on which is greater: "The amount fixed at the time of arranging a ride = GO ECONOMY usage fare" (A) or "The apportioned transport fare based on the travel distance of the passengers riding together" (B).
• Each is calculated as follows:
  • GO ECONOMY service charge = Usage fee (A) - Apportioned transport fare based on the travel distance of the ridesharing passenger (B)
  • Special Discount = Apportioned transport fare based on the travel distance of the ridesharing passenger (B) - Usage fee (A) 
• In either case, the GO ECONOMY usage fee fixed at the time of arranging a ride will not change.

Payment methods

The payment methods available for GO ECONOMY are as follows:

• GO Pay (Credit Card / d barai / PayPay / Apple Pay)
• Coupons are available
• GO Tickets are available (excluding payment with Apple Pay)

【Notes】
Due to multiple passengers getting in and out, there is a possibility that a portion of the fare breakdown may fluctuate depending on the seat location. In all cases, the amount you pay will not change.
