Conditions for Charter cancellation fees

Cancellation fees won't apply until the car details are confirmed.
(Car arrangements begin 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.)
Once the car is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply.

• If you cancel after the assigned car is confirmed and up to 10 minutes past your reservation start time.
  4,500 yen (tax included)
• If you don't show up within 10 minutes of your reservation start time.
  11,000 yen (tax included)
  * We'll wait for you for up to one hour from your reservation start time.
  If you don't board within that time, we'll end the waiting period.

• Cancellation fees for Charters won't be charged in the following cases:
  • For your first cancellation of a Charter.
  • If the car arrives 5 minutes or more after your scheduled pickup time.

How to cancel a reservation

You can cancel a reservation by tapping on the relevant reservation from the charter reservation list within reservation and then tapping [Cancel reservation].
