About charter fare and payment methods

Payment method

Please pay with GO Pay.
The currently available payment methods are credit card and GO BUSINESS invoice payment.
d barai, PayPay, Apple Pay, and GO Ticket are not available.

Basic usage fee

The hourly usage fee is as follows:

• First hour: 11,000 yen
• After 1 hour: 4,500 yen will be added every 30 minutes

About fare per travel distance

You can travel up to 15 km per hour.
If you exceed 15 km per hour, an additional 4,500 yen (for 30 minutes) will be charged for every 7.5 km.

Example:
・For a 1-hour reservation, if you travel 10 km: You will be charged for 1 hour (within the standard distance).
・For a 1-hour reservation, if you travel 16 km: You will be charged for 1.5 hours (an additional 0.5 hours will be added due to exceeding by 1 km).
・For a 2-hour reservation, if you travel 25 km: You will be charged for 2 hours (within the standard distance).
・For a 2-hour reservation, if you travel 40 km: You will be charged for 3 hours (an additional 1 hour will be added due to exceeding by 10 km).

If you exceed your reserved time

A fee for the exceeded time will be added (in 30-minute increments).
A 20% surcharge will be applied as an extended time fee.

Breakdown of Charter fee

The Charter fee consists of the "Total Hourly Fare," "Vehicle Selection Charge," and "Premium Charge."

• Total Hourly Fare: This fee is calculated from the taxi's meter amount based on the Road Transport Act (calculated based on the time from pickup to Destination)...①
• Vehicle Selection Charge: This fee secures the car for the time the service is used (calculated based on the total Duration from pickup to Destination)...②
• Premium Charge: This is a fee for using GO PREMIUM (calculated based on the total Duration)...③
  *This differs from the Premium charge applied to GO PREMIUM.

The breakdown of fees will vary depending on your usage.

• Charter fee = Calculated by summing each fee based on the total Duration from the reservation start time to the end time.
