As of October 29, 2025, the Charter service is offered as follows.

Available areas

Tokyo: Chuo Ward, Chiyoda Ward, Minato Ward, Shinjuku Ward*, Shibuya Ward*, Koto Ward*, Sumida Ward*, Taito Ward*, Arakawa Ward*, Bunkyo Ward*, Toshima Ward*, Shinagawa Ward*, Meguro Ward*

* Wards with an asterisk at the end are available in some areas. The service area is scheduled to be expanded sequentially.
* If you are picked up from the above areas, you can also move to and be dropped off at locations outside the area.
*As long as you are picked up from one of the available areas, you can travel to and be dropped off outside of them.

Operating hours

Starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 10:00 PM
*Reservations can be made up to one hour before the start of operation (5:00 AM - 9:00 PM).
