About Charter

What is charter?

*This feature is available with app version 9.6.10 or later. Please update your app to the latest version.
This service allows you to reserve a car by the hour using the GO app.
While a regular taxi service provides transportation from a Pickup location to a Destination, the Charter service allows you to use a car on an hourly basis.

 

About vehicle available for charter

You can request an Alphard vehicle that operates as GO PREMIUM. 
This vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers.

Important notes for chartered service duration and booking

• Charter can be reserved/used for a minimum of one hour.
  The reservation time can then be extended in 30-minute increments, up to a maximum of 6 hours.
• Reservations can be made from 7 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the scheduled time of use.
• Only one vehicle can be reserved per reservation.
