About GO Reserve

GO Reserve is a car available only through the GO App.
It is available only for selected orders from the GO App.
”GO Crew”, a driver exclusively for GO Reserve will take you to the destination.

Service Overview

GO Reserve cars may be assigned for orders that apply to the following.

• Order type: Orders from “Ride“ tab
• Pick-up location: Hokkaido, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo 23 wards, Musashino City, Mitaka City , Kanagawa,  Aichi, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka  
• Order details
  • “Destination” is set
  • “All taxi companies" is selected
  • "GO Pay payment" is selected (it's unavailable to change to in-car payment after getting on the taxi)
• Fare system is the same as for a “GO” ride.

Precautions when riding GO Reserve

Car sign and logo difference between taxis and app-only cars

GO Reserve cars do not have a company sign on the roof or a pick-up display.
Please check the "GO Reserve'' mark on the side of the car and the “app-only sign” on the top-front of the vehicle. Please also check the license plate number.

Driving according to car navigation instructions

The drivers follow the car navigation system unless special directions given.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding directions, please ask the driver.
