Can I specify a rideshare car when making a car request?

If rideshare vehicles are operating in a specific area or at a specific time, it is also possible to specifically request a rideshare vehicle.
When you request a taxi using the following method, we will search for a rideshare vehicle.

1. Specify your desired Pickup location and Destination, then tap [Next].

2. Tap [Details].

3. In the "Details" section, tap Rideshare, then tap [Set].

4. You'll return to the "Step 2" screen. From there, tap [Request Rideshare].

*The "Request Rideshare" and "Rideshare" options will only appear when rideshare vehicles are operating in your area and during applicable hours.

Important Notes
Please note that you cannot request a rideshare vehicle under any of the following circumstances:
・The Destination is not specified.
・A payment method other than GO Pay is selected.
・A business profile is selected.
・Multiple cars are requested.
・The driver pickup setting is specified.
