About GO PREMIUM

GO PREMIUM is a service that enables to request a luxury vehicle, driven by a driver who is highly rated by our company based on after-ride ratings from "GO" customers or a driver who has experience as a hired car driver.

*Rating is based on the customer's personal opinion.
*The current GO PREMIUM vehicle type is an ALPHARD.

No pre-reservation or minimum fare is required like hired cars, but a separate GO PREMIUM charge will be added to the meter fare.

How to request: Request is available from “Ride“ tab only. (Cannot request from “Reservation“ tab.)

Cautionary point when using GO PREMIUM

Differences between Taxis and GO PREMIUM cars

GO PREMIUM cars may not have a pick-up sign or a lantern (company mark) on the roof, like regular taxis. When finding the car you have requested, please check the car license plate number and compare it with the information displayed in your app. Please also check the “GO PREMIUM” symbol on the side of the car.

Differences of available car request methods

GO PREMIUM is only available from “Ride“ tab only. Cannot request from “Reservation“ tab.
 

Available Payment Methods

Only GO Pay is available for payment. In-car payment is not available.
Coupons are accepted in the same way as for regular taxis.
 

About Premium charge

When using GO PREMIUM, a premium charge will be incurred in addition to the standard taxi fare.
* Separate toll fee will be added if using expressway

• A premium charge is set at 0%-50% of the meter fare and pickup fee for premium requests. A minimum charge (500 yen (tax included) or more) is set for the premium charge. If the fee calculated using the applicable rate is less than the minimum charge, the minimum charge will be applied as the premium charge.
• The rate and minimum charge are determined by the area, supply and demand, and your usage status.
  Please confirm the specific premium charge on the fare details screen within the app when requesting a taxi.

Important notes

・ The premium charge may not be displayed correctly if the app you are using is an older version.
   Please update to the latest version.
・ Please note that GO PREMIUM does not support some services such as Airport Flat Rate.
