What is the Driver Filter setting?
This feature is scheduled to launch in early September 2025.
This is a feature available as part of the "GO" status benefits.
It allows you to exclude specific drivers from being assigned to your ride requests through the GO app.
This benefit is available exclusively to users with a Platinum status or higher.
You can only filter drivers you have previously ridden with.(Excluding GO ECONOMY)
Please be aware that excessive filtering may make it more difficult for a vehicle to be assigned to you.
How to set up a filter
You can filter a driver you have previously ridden with from either the ride completion screen or the ride history details screen.
How to remove a filter
Filters can only be removed all at once. Please note that once you remove them, they cannot be restored.
You can remove the filters by tapping the "Manage" button on the "Driver Filter Settings" screen within the "Status Benefits" section.
Will the driver know that I have filtered them?
No, drivers will not be notified that you have applied a driver filter.
Can I use this feature if I have Platinum status through status sharing?
Yes, you can.
You will be able to use the driver filter setting if you have achieved Platinum status or higher through the status sharing features of the "Mimamori Linkage" or "EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP" benefits.
