How to choose a vehicle type

When requesting a taxi using [Ride], you can specify either a vehicle with sliding doors or a wheelchair compatible vehicles.

Supported areas
 

Vehicle with sliding doors
Tokyo / Kanagawa / Osaka / Kyoto / Hokkaido / Chiba / Saitama / Aichi / Fukuoka / Hiroshima
*Service is available in limited areas within each prefecture.

Wheelchair compatible vehicles
Tokyo / Kanagawa / Osaka / Kyoto

1. Specify your desired Pickup location and Destination, then tap [Next]. 
　(You can skip the Destination specification.)

2. Tap [Details].

3.From [Choose a Vehicle Type], select either [Vehicle with sliding doors] or [Wheelchair compatible vehicles], then tap [OK].

 

Important notes
・You cannot specify a vehicle type when using Reservation.
・Depending on the availability of cars in the surrounding area, a request may not be possible.
・For wheelchair compatible vehicles, fees will be charged according to each Taxi company.
・If you prefer a JPN TAXI, you can specify it in Ride Preferences (a separate service charge will apply).
