About Van(Large Vehicle)

Van(Large Vehicle) is a service that allows customers to call a vehicle larger than regular taxi from “GO” app.
Please use Van(Large Vehicle) when traveling with a large group of people or when carrying large luggage.
※The dispatched for this service are Japanese vans such as Toyota - NOAH, VOXY, ESQUIRE…

No pre-reservation or minimum fare is required like hired cars, but a separate Van charge will be added to the meter fare.

Request is available from “Ride“ tab only. (Cannot request from “Reservation“ tab.)

*If you use the highway, an additional ETC fee will be added.

Cautionary point when sing Van(Large Vehicle)

Differences between Taxis and Van(Large Vehicle)

Van(Large Vehicle) may not have a pick-up sign or a lantern (company mark) on the roof, like regular taxis. When finding the car you have requested, please check the car license plate number and compare it with the information displayed in your app.

Differences of available car request methods

Van(Large Vehicle) is only available from “Ride“ tab only. Cannot request from “Reservation“ tab.

Available Payment Methods

Only GO Pay is available for payment. In-car payment is not available.
Coupons are accepted in the same way as for regular taxis.

About Van charge

When using Van(Large Vehicle),a Van charge will be added to the meter fare and pickup fee. (* ETC charges will be added separately when using the highway.)

Up to 50% of the meter fare will be charged as a Van charge. 
A minimum charge of at least JPY 500 (including tax) is set for the Van charge. 
If the calculated amount is less than JPY 500, the minimum charge will be applied as the Van charge.
Van charge and its minimum amount may vary depending on the area and supply/demand conditions at the time. Please check the ”Fee details" screen in the app at the time of requesting your ride.
