What should I do if there is an error in non-card payment such as d barai, PayPay or Apple Pay ?

In case of insufficient balance or system error with non-card payment methods such as d-payment and PayPay, you can pay by the same payment method.
Cancellation fee payment will also require the same payment method.

If you find that your balance for your payment service is not enough, please recharge it on the d-payment or PayPay app during your ride.

*For PayPay, "PayPay zandaka" and "Credit (Formerly "Pay later")" is only availble.
(Cards from other companies cannot be used)

*For Apple Pay, Apple Pay is available only when your JCB or AMERICAN EXPRESS card is linked to Apple Pay.
