How to cancel EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

You cannot cancel your contract midway through the contract period (one month from the registration procedure).
You can end your contract without renewing it for the next period by stopping the auto-renewal process.
You can stop auto-renewal until 11:59 PM on the day before your next renewal date.
*You can still use the benefits until the contract end date even after stopping auto-renewal.

Steps

1. Tap the status at the top of the [Menu] to open the status details screen.

2. Tap the [Manage Membership] button at the bottom of step 1.

3. Tap the [Stop Auto-Renewal] button at the bottom to open the auto-renewal stop pop-up.

4. Tap the [Stop Auto-Renewal] button at the bottom of the auto-renewal stop pop-up to stop the automatic renewal of your membership.

5. Confirm that the "Next Payment Date" in "Plan Details" shows [Stop Request Completed]. This completes the cancellation procedure.

Once the operation is complete, your membership will remain active until the contract end date, but it will not be renewed.
You can continue to use all benefits until the contract end date.
