What is Mimamori?

This feature is available on app version 9.5.0 or later. Please update your GO App to the latest version.

This feature allows you to monitor and manage taxi usage for your family members, such as children or parents. 
By inviting family members and linking their accounts, you can use the Mimamori feature.

The following actions can be performed with Mimamori:

Monitor rides in real time
When a family member whose account is linked requests a taxi, the administrator can monitor the family member's ride in real time.

* If your family member uses the following:
・Request a taxi (Ride or Reservation) with their "Mimamori Profile"
・Uses GO Pay for a taxi boarded on the street or at a taxi-ride area

Sharing and managing payment methods

You can collectively manage payments for your family.
You can check the usage history and issue receipts from the Admin's app.

• When a family member linked through Mimamori requests a taxi, the fare will be charged to the administrator's GO Pay account.
• The only GO Pay payment method available with Mimamori is a credit card.
• Receipts can only be issued from the administrator's account.

Sharing of status

The Admin's status benefits will be shared with your family members, allowing them to use the GO App more comfortably.

【Notes】

• The shared status may differ from your own. Please check the app for the actual shared status.
• Benefits of EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP are not shared.
• The shared status cannot be shared with others by the members who received it.
• If the administrator's status changes at the beginning of each month when the status is determined, it will also be reflected in the members' status at the same time.
• If you are already receiving status sharing with EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP, you cannot be invited as a Mimamori member.
