Registering your email address allows you to transfer your account information when you change your phone or reinstall the app.
Please make sure to register your email address.
Steps to register your email address
Email registration is completed in the following two steps:
- Register your email address in the app.
- Tap the URL in the confirmation email.
1. Register your email address in the app
From the [Menu] in the app, open [Account].
Enter your information from [Register email address and password].
Once you have finished entering your information, tap [Send verification email].
2. Tap the URL in the confirmation email
An email will be sent to the email address you entered to complete the registration process.
Tap the URL in the email to complete the registration.
*The verification URL is valid for one hour from the time of issue.
Troubleshooting: What to do when you don't receive the confirmation email.
If you encounter a problem during the registration process, please check the following:

Confirmation email not received
The following reasons are possible:・ It has been sorted into your spam folder.
・ You entered the email address incorrectly.
・ The email has been blocked by your reception settings.
・ Please check your settings to ensure you can receive emails from @goinc.jp.
・ The format of the email address you entered is invalid.
・ A temporary issue with your device or the GO app.

The confirmation email has expired
The URL in the confirmation email is valid for one hour from the time of issue.
If the expiration date has passed, please perform the email registration procedure again from the app.

"This email address is already registered" is displayed
This email address is already registered to another account.
Please try one of the following methods:
- Register with a different email address.
- Log in to your previous account and change the registered email address to a different one.
Please note:
You cannot log out until the email address registration is complete.
To log in to your previous account, please do so on a different device. - Delete the account to which you want to register the email address.
If you can log in to your account, please delete it yourself.
If it is difficult to log in, please contact us.
- "Email confirmation is not complete" is displayed in the email address field of your account information
It is possible that you have not completed the step of tapping the URL in the email confirmation.
Please tap [Send verification email] again in the app (Registration Step 1) and tap the URL in the email you receive (Registration Step 2) to complete the registration. - Password registration is not working
