Remote area service charge will be charged when ordering a taxi via GO in designated areas.
The Remote area service charge will be added to the meter fare, pickup fee, and GO App charge at the time of your payment.

*This charge will not be charged if the order is cancelled.
*This charge will not be charged if you take a taxi without GO and pay with GO Pay.

・Nagano (Karuizawa area)
* Areas will be expanded gradually.

How to check Remote area service charge

[Before riding]
The Remote area service charge can be viewed on the screen before the request or on the Fare details screen.
 

[After riding]
You can check it from the "History Details" screen.
Open Menu tab > Tap "Usage History" > Tap on the relevant request and you can see the "History Details" screen.
