What is an airport flat rate?

It is a service that allows you to use a fixed fare for travel between the airport and your workplace or home.
You can travel to the airport with peace of mind, without worrying about the meter increasing due to traffic conditions such as congestion.
 

Conditions for applying the airport flat rate

The airport flat rate in "GO" will be applied if all of the following conditions are met:

• Use within the eligible area
  It is necessary to ride or alight within the eligible area and Narita Airport or Haneda Airport.
  Please confirm the eligible areas here.
• Destination setting is mandatory
  The eligible airport must be accurately designated as the Departure spot or Destination.
• Payment with GO Pay
  The airport flat rate is a service exclusive to GO Pay.
  In-car payment cannot be used.
• Use of the Metropolitan Expressway (SHUTOKO Expressway)
  As a general rule, use of the Shuto Expressway is required as the route for the airport flat rate service.
  Please note that the toll fare for the expressway is not included in the airport flat rate and will be borne separately by the customer.
• Selection of the airport flat rate
  When you request a taxi from the GO App, you are required to correctly select "Airport Flat Rate" as the fare type.
  Please confirm that the fare type is "Airport Flat Rate" before tapping a button such as [Request Taxi] to confirm your order.
  * If "Airport Flat Rate" is not selected, the airport flat rate service cannot be used.

Available areas

The airport flat rate can be used for travel between Narita Airport or Haneda Airport and within the eligible areas.
Please note that setting the Pickup location and Destination is required when requesting a taxi.

• Narita Airport - Available areas
  Edogawa Ward, Taito Ward, Sumida Ward, Bunkyo Ward, Chiyoda Ward, Shinjuku Ward, Shibuya Ward, Adachi Ward, Katsushika Ward, Arakawa Ward, Kita Ward, Toshima Ward, Nakano Ward, Suginami Ward, Setagaya Ward, Itabashi Ward, Nerima Ward, Chuo Ward, Minato Ward, Shinagawa Ward, Meguro Ward, Ota Ward, Koto Ward, Musashino City, Mitaka City
  * When riding from Narita Airport, you cannot request a taxi with the airport flat rate applied via the app.
     We kindly ask that you consult the driver after boarding the car.
• Haneda Airport - Available areas

FAQ

Q: Is Reservation available?
A: Yes. It is possible to use the Airport Flat Rate with Reservation.
    However, since Reservation where the Pickup location is the airport cannot be made, you can only use the Airport Flat Rate with Reservation when traveling from within the eligible area to the airport.

Q: What happens if a regular request is expected to be cheaper than the Airport Flat Rate?
A: If a regular request is anticipated to be cheaper before requesting a taxi, the regular fare will be presented.

Q: If I feel the Airport Flat Rate is higher than the meter fare, can I receive a refund for the difference?
A: Even if a difference from the meter fare occurs, refunds are not accepted.

Q: Can I use the Airport Flat Rate with GO PREMIUM?
A: No. GO PREMIUM does not support the Airport Flat Rate.
    If you travel to the airport using GO PREMIUM, your ride will be at the meter fare.

Q: Can I use it in combination with Ride Preferences and designating a taxi company?
A: Yes. Combination is possible.

Q: Can I use the Airport Flat Rate for a ride from the airport?
A: In the case of Haneda Airport: The Airport Flat Rate is available.
    In the case of Narita Airport: Requesting a taxi with the Airport Flat Rate applied via the app is not possible. We kindly ask that you consult the driver after boarding the car.

Q: Can I pay for the Airport Flat Rate fare in cash?
A: No. The Airport Flat Rate is a service exclusive to GO Pay.
    Payment cannot be made with cash (In-car payment).

Q: Can I use coupons?
A: Yes. They are available for use.

Q: Why does the fare not match the meter fare?
A: The Airport Flat Rate fare is fixed when requesting a taxi.
    Therefore, it will not match the meter amount, where the fare is added according to the travel distance.
    Please confirm the final payment amount, including toll fares and other charges, in the usage history of the app.
