Designating Multiple Taxi Companies

This is one of the benefits for "GO" Status members, exclusively available to those with Platinum Status or higher.

Normally, when requesting a ride, you can only designate one taxi company. However, Platinum Status members or higher will be able to select and request rides from multiple companies simultaneously.

To select multiple companies, simply choose your pre-made list of designated companies (the Designated Company List) when requesting a ride through the app.
 

What is a Designated Company List?

This is a list you create by selecting the taxi companies you wish to use for ride requests from the full company directory. 
By creating multiple lists, you can use different ones depending on your usage scenario.

How to Create a Designated Company List

Go to the Status Details screen, select Multiple Taxi Company Designation > [Manage].

On the Designated Company List Overview screen, select [Create New] to navigate to the area selection screen.

*Designated Company Lists must be created for each specific service area.

Once you select an area, the taxi companies available in that region will be displayed.
Select the companies you wish to add and tap [Create List].

* Taxi companies designated as favorites are labeled with a ★ mark

Enter a List Name, and then tap [Create].
You cannot set a List Name that is already registered.

Once the list creation is complete, you will return to the Designated Companies Lists.

How to Request a Taxi Using a Designated Company List

From the [Ride] screen, select [Next] and then tap [Details].

Select [Taxi Companies].

Choose the Designated Company List you wish to use, and tap [Choose this company].

Tap [Request Taxi].

How to Edit or Delete a Designated Company List

From the Designated Company List Overview screen, select [Manage] for the list you wish to edit or delete.

Select either [Edit] or [Delete].
