What are Bonus Additions?
This is one of the GO Special offers.
When you rank up to a specific status, you can earn ride count bonuses by meeting certain conditions.
Conditions for Bonus Addition
- Platinum Status or higher.
- For the Birthday Month Bonus, those whose birthday month is the current month
*Please note the following Platinum statuses are not eligible

･ Platinum via benefit of GO BUSINESS
･ Platinum via Mimamori
･ Platinum via Status Sharing (Exclusive Membership benefit)
【Notes on the Birthday Month Bonus】
･ You must Register your birthday from [Account] in the GO app.
･ It is applied only once a year. Even if you Change your birthday month, you will not be eligible if the bonus has already been applied within the last year.
･ The bonus will be added at the time of your next birthday month after Registering your birthday. (It will not be applied retroactively.)

How to confirm your usage count and bonus addition status
You can confirm this within the GO app from [Menu] > Status Benefits > Usage History.
* Please update your app to version 9.8.25 or later to confirm.
When is the bonus added?
The bonus is added when the payment is Done.
When your usage history meets the status achievement conditions, your status will increase.
How the supplementary bonus is calculated
Each bonus is added to the total number of App Request a taxi (GO Pay) (※including Mimamori Request a taxi).

[Example 1] When you ride GO PREMIUM 3 times and use AI Reservation 2 times, also utilizing Mimamori.
App Request a ride (GO Pay): 20 times
−Of which, your own ride: 15 times (3 GO PREMIUM rides, 2 AI Booking rides)
−Of which, Mimamori ride: 5 times (1 GO PREMIUM ride, 1 AI Booking ride)

GO PREMIUM rides and AI Reservation rides utilized via Mimamori are also eligible for the bonus addition.
The calculation is as follows:
Regular App Request a ride (GO Pay payment) 20 times + Bonus (7 rides) = Total of 27 rides.
[Example 2] When you ride GO PREMIUM 2 times and Priority Ticket 3 times in your birthday month.
App Request a ride (GO Pay payment): 10 times
−Of which, 2 GO PREMIUM rides
−Of which, 3 Priority Ticket rides

･ The Premium Bonus is added for rides where GO PREMIUM was specified.
・The Priority Ticket Bonus is added for rides where Priority Ticket was used with a paid amount.
・For the birthday month, 50% of the App Request a ride (GO Pay) rides are added.
The calculation is as follows: Regular App Request a ride (GO Pay payment) 10 times + Premium Bonus (2 rides) + Priority Ticket Bonus (3 rides) + Birthday Month Bonus (5 rides) = Total of 20 rides.
[Example 3] If you are using Status sharing in your birthday month (For EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP members)
App Request a taxi (GO Pay): 30 times
−Status sharing with 2 people

･ The Status sharing bonus is added to the total number of App Request a taxi.
･ 50% of the App Request a taxi (GO Pay) rides are added.
With both the Status sharing addition and the Birthday Month Bonus addition applied,
The calculation is as follows: Regular App Request a taxi (GO Pay payment) 30 times × 1.2 (Status sharing bonus) + Bonus (15 rides) = Total of 51 rides.
What happens if I drop from an eligible status for a bonus?
If you drop from an eligible status, the bonus for the current month and the past 3 months will no longer be applied.
The status at the time of status determination decides whether the bonus will be applied.
[Example 1] If you had Platinum status until July
In August, your status will be determined with the bonus included.
Since you had 5 rides + 5 bonus rides for a total of 10 rides in July, you will have Gold status starting in August.
[Example 2] If you had Platinum status until July and Gold status until August
In September, the bonuses from previous months will no longer be applied.
When determining the status in September, the bonus portion from July will not be applied, and the total will be counted as 5 rides. Therefore, you will be on Silver status starting in September.
