What is GO App charge?

“GO App charge“ is an arrangement fee in addition to the pick-up fee (determined by the taxi company) when requesting a taxi through GO.

About payment and amount

“GO App charge“ will be charged when you order a taxi via GO and ride in the taxi. The “GO App charge“ will be added to the meter fare and pick-up fee at the payment.

*If you cancel your order, the “GO App charge“ will not be charged.
*If you take a taxi and pay with GO Pay, the GO App charge will not be charged.
*GO App charge will not be charged if you are using the Airport Flat Rate. (Airport Flat Rate fee will be charged separately.)

How to check the “GO App charge”

[Before riding]

You can check from [Taxi Companies] screen.

• [Menu] tab > [Taxi Companies] > [List of Taxi Companies]
• [Request Taxi] screen > [+service charge, etc.] > [Fee detail] screen > [Pickup fee and GO app charge] > [List of Taxi Companies]

[After riding]

If you are using GO Pay

• [Menu] tab > [Usage History / Receipt] > Select your ride > [History Details]

If you are using In-car payment

• The fee will appear on the receipt at the time of payment as "アプリ料金", "その他料金", "通行料他", "立替金" etc.
