You can select from two types:

• [Vehicle Type], which can be customized for free.
• [Ride Preferences], which can be customized for a fee.

Free Customization: [Vehicle Type]
▼ On the top screen, select [Next] from [Ride].

▼ Tap [Details].

▼ You can select Vehicle with sliding doors and Wheelchair compatible vehicles from [Choose a Vehicle Type].
Please note that a designated vehicle fee set by the taxi company may apply for Wheelchair compatible vehicles.

Paid Customizable Ride Preferences
▼ You can select various options from [Choose Options] for an additional ¥150 each.

Please be aware that selecting Ride Preferences may take longer to confirm your order compared to not setting any conditions, as the search will be limited to vehicles that match your specified criteria.
