What should I tell the driver when getting on the car?

GO is working carefully to confirm the identity of each passenger so that no one will be mistakenly picked up by mistake.

• If you are using GO with English
  The “Confirmation number“ will be shown in the app. Please tell the “Confirmation number“ to the driver when you get on the car.

• If you are using GO with Japanese
  Please tell your registered name when you get on the car.
  * Please note: Even if the passenger is not the person who ordered, the name registered in the application will be used to identify the passenger. In this case, please tell the passenger the name registered on the app.
