How to set the pickup location?

You can set the pickup location by moving the pin on the map. Zoom in on the map to place the pin at a more precise location.
You can also search and enter by address or location name.

* Please be sure to place the pin on a street where it is easy for the car to stop, not in the center of a building.

* Especially on main streets, please specify exactly which side of the road you need to pick up. So that the driver will know which side of the road to pick up.

Please note that you cannot set a pin near the station’s taxi area. If you try to set a pin where dispatch is not available, an alert message will be displayed in the app.

Depending on the service area, you may not be able to request a dispatch for the following reasons.

• If there is a taxi-ride area

In order to prevent trouble with people waiting in line for taxis, restrictions are placed on locations designated by the taxi association.

• In the case of a designated taxi area

Only specified cabs are allowed to stop. Such as a superior or private taxis.
