1.Can I register frequently used addresses or locations?
Yes, you can register up to 3 locations as "Favorite Locations" within the app*.
Registering frequently used places like your home, workplace, or often-visited facilities allows for smoother selection when ordering a ride.

2.How to Register Favorite Locations
How to register in the app (2 methods):
・Register from the [≡] Menu → "Favorite Locations".
・From the Pickup location or Destination search screen, add using [+Add More].
When adding, you can also set the following information:
- Favorite location name (e.g.: "Home", "Office", etc.)
- Details on pickup
- Building or Landmark
- Fixed Location (specific meeting place)
- Response after arrival
Note : The "[Wait at pickup location]" setting is limited to service areas.
In non-service areas, it automatically changes to "[Use 'driver announces arrival' service]".
3.How to Use Favorite Locations (When Requesting a Taxi)
When using as a Pickup location:
On the taxi request screen, tap the Search button to the right of the "Pickup location" input field.
You can then select from your Favorite Locations.
When using as a Destination:
When you enter your Destination on the taxi request screen, your Favorite Locations will be displayed at the bottom and you can select from them.
4.How to Edit/Delete Favorite Locations
To edit:
- Open the [Menu] in the app.
- Tap [Favorite Location].
- Select the Favorite location you want to edit and press [Edit] on the top right.
- Correct the Favorite location name, Fixed Location, etc., and complete by pressing [Update].
To delete:
- Select the Favorite location you want to delete from the "Favorite Location" screen.

Press the [Delete] button to confirm.
Notes :
When a Favorite Location is set as the Pickup location, the message function to inform the driver of a landmark while the driver is on the way to pick you up is not available.
