What is GO Pay?

GO Pay is a service which allows you to get off the taxi without having to pay and receiving a receipt.
To use GO Pay, you need to register for GO Pay on the GO App .
How to use the GO Pay varies depending on the use case, so please check below.

• When you get on a taxi via GO App
  Select "GO Pay" in the "Payment Method” before requesting a taxi

• When you get on a taxi without GO App

* Currently, credit card, d-payment, PayPay and Apple Pay (JCB/AMERICAN EXPRESS) are available for GO Pay.
* Please download the GO app to your device beforehand.
* If GO Pay is not successful for some reason [*1], you may be asked to pay separately in the taxi.
[*1] Insufficient balance or expiration of the registered payment method, system factors, etc.

Please note that some credit cards may appear on your statement later than the date of use due to the system. If you have any questions about the use of your credit card, please contact us so that we can confirm the details and see if you need to contact your credit card company.
