Email address registration
By registering your email address in your account information, you can transfer your account even if you reinstall the GO app when you change your phone.
When you install the app on your new device, you can log in to your original account with the registered email address and password to transfer your usage history, coupons, and other data.
How to register your email address
Please register your email address and password from [Account] in the app's [Menu].

Regarding account restoration
If you meet the "Restoration Conditions" below, you can restore your original account without using an email address and password.
If the restoration dialog is displayed after reinstalling the GO app, please perform the phone number verification from [Restore].
However, depending on your registration status, you may not be able to restore your account.
If you wish to transfer your previous account, we highly recommend that you register your email address in advance.
Restoration conditions
- For iPhone
You are using the GO app on a device logged in to an iCloud account
・Uninstall and then reinstall the GO app on the same device.
・Install the GO app on a different device logged in to the same iCloud account. - For Android
You are using the GO app on a device logged in to a Google account
・Uninstall and then reinstall the GO app on the same device.
・Install the GO app on a different device logged in to the same Google account.
Conditions under which restoration is not possible
・You uninstalled the GO app and then changed your phone number on the same device.
・You logged out of your GO account before reinstalling the app.
・You deleted your account before reinstalling the app.
・You changed devices to one with a different OS (e.g., from Android to iOS).
・After reinstalling the app, you proceeded to register an account from “I'm a new user,” and created a new account.
