About cancellation fee

Here are some important notes and payment methods when a cancellation fee is charged.
1. 【Important】Please read carefully
You cannot delete or withdraw from your account while you have any unsettled cancellation fees.
Also, please be careful not to uninstall the GO app or create a new account.
- If you uninstall the app and then create a new account, you will not be able to pay the fee from within the GO app, and the procedure will become complicated.
- Even if you create a new account, the cancellation fee will still be charged.
If you have any unsettled payments, please clear them or contact us by referring to "3. If you have difficulty paying through the GO app" below.
2. About payment methods
Please pay the cancellation fee using the payment method you selected when you requested a taxi.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please go to [Usage History] in the GO app, select the corresponding cancellation record, and proceed with the payment.

If you have set up to pay with GO Pay
- The payment methods you have set will be displayed.
- You can use a credit card, d barai, PayPay, and Apple Pay.
- You cannot change the payment method after you have requested a taxi.

If you have set up In-car payment
- You can only pay with a credit card, debit card, or prepaid card from within the GO app.
3. If you have difficulty paying through the GO app
In the following cases, please provide details and contact us through the [Inquiries form].
- The cancellation was due to unavoidable circumstances
- The payment method selected when you requested a taxi is no longer available
- You do not remember requesting the taxi
- When the cancellation fee is listed as an unsettled payment, but there is no corresponding history in your usage history.
When you make an inquiry, be sure to provide the [Cancellation date and time] and [Vehicle number] listed in the cancellation history.
4. How to register and delete cards
1. Select [Payment Method] from the Menu.
2. Add a payment method from the [Payment Method list].
3. After registering, if you wish to change or delete a payment method, select it and tap [Change] or [Delete].
